Refinance your mortgage
You may wish to reap the benefits of a more competitive mortgage. For a standard refinance mortgage, BNP Paribas International Buyers can finance the outstanding capital plus the redemption penalties plus the legal fees for registering the new mortgage on the property. This should not exceed the maximum loan-to-value. Subject to certain conditions, BNP Paribas International Buyers can also take a legal charge on your French property in order to refinance a mortgage contracted in certain other countries.
